BUY BACK GUARANTEE
Buyer Agreement for Buy-Back Guarantee with Goshen Equipment Co:
By accepting the terms and conditions outlined below, the Buyer acknowledges the details pertaining to the Buy-Back Guarantee provided by Goshen Equipment Co:
Initiation of Buyback Request:
The Buyer must initiate the buyback request on the 10th day following the online purchase date, considering the purchase date as day 0. The request must be made via email.
Buyback Requirements:
The heavy equipment must be present on the Buyer’s property, and the payment for buyback must be made on that property. The Buyer is prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to a third party after the online purchase date. Eligibility Confirmation:
A 10-day period is required to confirm the Buyer’s eligibility for buyback. An inspection will be conducted and reviewed by the program administrator to verify the equipment’s current condition at the time of purchase.
Valid Conditions for Buyback:
The heavy equipment’s condition must remain the same or improve from the time of purchase as indicated on the equipment detail page. Buyback requests must align with Goshen Equipment Co Terms & Conditions for inspection qualification. Buy-Back Guarantee Conditions:
The Buy-Back Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed thereafter. The refund period extends from 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer receives the transferable receipt from Goshen Equipment Co following buyback confirmation. Equipment Handling and Pickup:
The heavy equipment will remain on the Buyer’s property after repurchase. Goshen Equipment Co will pick up the equipment within 7 working days after confirming the refund receipt. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the marketing process, including inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup. Responsibilities of the Buyer:
The Buyer assumes all losses and expenses related to the heavy equipment during Goshen Equipment Co repurchase. The equipment should not be used for commercial purposes and must be maintained according to industrial standards. Refund Process:
The refund will be issued to the original Buyer 24 to 48 hours after the transferable receipt from Goshen Equipment Co confirms the buyback. Goshen Equipment Co reserves the right to limit the number of items the Buyer intends to repurchase. By proceeding with the purchase and availing the Buy-Back Guarantee, the Buyer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions set forth by Goshen Equipment Co.
